What services does RTN - Run The Numbers® offer?

We specialise in a range of digital marketing services including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Feed Optimisation, Conversion Tracking, PPC Audits & Consultancy, and Agency White Label services.

How do I get started with your services?

To get started, simply contact us through our website. We will then call you to understand your business needs and if relevant, offer you a free no-obligation PPC audit.

Then, either at the end of the audit or afterwards if you decide to partner with RTN we will initiate our onboarding process. This is a key process that ensures our relationship gets off to the best start. It establishes your knowledge on RTN but also educates us on your business, products and/or services. 

Your dedicated PPC Specialist will be in regular contact throughout the process to ensure we take advantage of any quick wins identified from the audit & set in motion the short, medium and long term PPC strategy.

How are your services priced?

Our services are tailored to meet your specific needs and we typically operate on a percentage of ad spend model.

We actively utilise technology to run a lean agency model which helps us to keep our prices competitive.

For full clarity our fees start from £695 per month + VAT. We can also beat most like-for-like quotations.

What is your billing cycle?

We typically bill our clients on a monthly basis and in arrears. With invoices sent to you around the 1st of each month, billing for services provided in the previous month.

Payment is then collected via Direct Debit around the 5th of each month.

What makes your PPC audits unique?

Our PPC audits are conducted by our PPC and Growth Specialists. They're unique from industry standard because they are led by actual PPC professionals whose main day-to-day roles are managing PPC accounts. This gives potential RTN clients direct access to industry experts...For free (it's a perfect opportunity to ask your own questions about performance marketing too).

We provide a comprehensive analysis of your campaigns and offer actionable insights to enhance performance. Completely obligation-free - our hope is that if we are a good fit, we'll quote for taking over the PPC management and you'll find in RTN a long-term growth partner. 

Can I see examples of your previous work?

How do I contact customer support?

If you are a client, please reach out directly to your assigned PPC Specialist.

We endeavour to reply to any request within 24hrs (usually much sooner).

We have invested a lot of time ensuring none of our teams are 'siloed' so you can expect the same level of service and access to knowledge regardless of who you speak to at RTN. We're here to help with any questions or concerns.

How do you ensure the security of my data?

Everything we do is with privacy and data security first.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. We are registered with the ICO (Information Commissioners Office) and fully abide by EU GDPR.

All of our team are trained annually in data security & privacy. Our internal team structures are also set up to increase data security, leading with rule that each person should only have access to what is required to fulfil their role. 

We frequently enter NDA's with our clients as an layer of security. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Can I change or cancel my services?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your services by contacting us directly. Your first port of call in this case would be your dedicated PPC Specialist. You can also contact support@rtn.digital

The majority of our clients are not tied into any long contracts and as such can end their service upon request. We pride ourselves on letting our performance do the talking and this is usually enough to maintain very long & healthy relationships with our clients (we have a number of clients that have been with us for nearly a decade!).

We appreciate that some businesses do require contracts and this can be arranged. In these instances we can offer bespoke contract lengths.

What if I need a service that’s not listed?

If you have specific needs not covered in our listed services, feel free to reach out. We’re flexible and can often provide custom solutions.

We specialise in as many PPC disciplines as possible & if we don't currently offer what you need, we might just know the expert. As specialists we have built up a network of vetted professionals who we will refer business to if clients request it - be that SEO, Social, Web Dev, CRO etc. We always make sure that our referral partners are aligned with our own values prior to any recommendations.

How do you handle refunds?

Due to invoicing in arrears refunds are rarely required as a client could put notice in to leave and be billed up to that date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy.

Do you provide training or resources for managing campaigns?

Right now, we do not offer training sessions and resources but this is something we are working on to offer in the future. Contact us for the latest details.
