Data deletion
Last updated: 1 July 2026
RTN Digital Ltd, trading as Run The Numbers® ("we", "us", "our"), gives you a clear way to ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. This page explains what we can delete and how to request it. It covers data from our website, data we handle through Meta's platforms (Facebook and Instagram), and advertising data we manage for clients.
What you can ask us to delete
- Website and enquiry data: your name, email, company name and any message you sent us through a form or by email.
- Data from Meta platforms: if we have processed data about you through Facebook or Instagram while managing advertising, you can ask us to delete it. We only hold Meta data to run advertising for our contracted clients. We do not use Meta Login for a consumer product and we do not build advertising profiles of individuals for our own use.
- Client advertising data: if you are a client, the account and campaign data we hold to deliver your service. We are required to keep billing records for 6 years to meet HMRC rules, so financial records are retained for that period even after a deletion request.
How to request deletion
Email hello@rtn.digital with the subject "Data deletion request" and tell us:
- Your name and the email address or account the data relates to.
- What you want deleted: website enquiry data, Meta-related data, or client data.
We will confirm we have received your request within 5 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days. If we cannot delete something because the law requires us to keep it, we will tell you what and why.
Your wider rights
Deletion is one of several rights you have under UK GDPR. The full set, and how we handle data generally, is on our privacy policy. If you are unhappy with how we handle a request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
