How long does each phase take?

The initial Free Ads Analysis takes around 30 minutes. Should you then choose to work with us, we carry out a deeper strategic audit within the first 24 hours before moving into stabilisation. Stabilisation typically runs 2-4 weeks depending on the state of the account. Validation needs at least 30-60 days of data before we can draw reliable conclusions. Scaling starts when the numbers prove it’s ready. Most accounts complete the first full cycle within 90 days.

Does this work for new accounts with no history?

Yes, but the audit phase looks different. Instead of diagnosing existing problems, we analyse your market, competitors, product margins, and business goals to build the right structure from day one. The Stabilise phase becomes about establishing baselines rather than fixing mistakes. The framework still applies.
