Our Story

Before RTN
Dean spent a decade in PPC agency-side. Started as a PPC Exec at one of the UK’s largest independent digital agencies, then joined a digital marketing startup as employee number three. Over nine years he went from account management to Technology Director, built the automation and systems behind 400+ client accounts, and launched one of the UK’s first agency-ran CSS platforms — scaling it to 300+ eCommerce businesses in 18 months.

Built from the spare room. One laptop, one idea: the agency model is broken. Different clients getting wildly different experiences, even within the same company. RTN was built to fix that. Senior specialists doing the work. Radical transparency. No contracts, no setup fees. A team that feels like part of yours.
First Clients
RTN’s first client was a high-end London-based furniture brand running eCommerce on Google Ads

First Hire
The spare room wasn’t cutting it anymore. Briefly operated from the kitchen table, then brought on RTN’s first team member.

First Office
RTN moved into its first office in Middlesbrough. Proper desks, proper setup. The agency had a home.

The website launched. Mission set: become the UK’s leading PPC specialist agency.

Team Grows
Second and third hires joined. RTN moved into a bigger office with room to grow.
